1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the Canon 069 Magenta toner (5092C002AA)?
The i-SENSYS MF752Cdw and MF754Cdw multifunction printers, as well as the i-SENSYS LBP673Cdw printer. Compare the full model number engraved on your machine, not just the start of the series: that is what determines which cartridge range to order.
How many pages does the Canon 069 magenta last before running out?
About 1,900 pages, an average yield established according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. This standard is based on standardised office pages: on very colourful documents, where magenta covers large solid areas, the cartridge runs out noticeably sooner.
Is the magenta replaced on its own, or does the whole set need changing?
On its own. On these i-SENSYS colour printers, each colour in the 069 range has its own cartridge and its own slot: the magenta is removed and replaced without touching the black, cyan or yellow left in place.
Can a spare toner cartridge sit in a cupboard for several months?
Yes. Laser printing uses powder, not liquid ink: nothing dries out, no nozzle clogs. A spare cartridge remains usable after a long wait, and the printer starts up again without a cleaning cycle after several weeks of inactivity.
Is the Canon 069 Magenta a genuine toner?
Yes, genuine Canon. The powder is formulated by the printer's own manufacturer for its fusing mechanism, giving consistent magenta shades from one print to the next, with no colour drift over the life of the cartridge.
Does the Canon 069 Magenta toner meet environmental standards?
Yes. It complies with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863/EU, which restrict hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Canon also takes back its empty cartridges free of charge for reuse or recycling.
