1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the Canon 069 Yellow toner (5091C002AA)?
Three Canon i-SENSYS colour models: the MF752Cdw and MF754Cdw multifunction printers, and the LBP673Cdw printer. Check the exact model on your machine before ordering: neighbouring i-SENSYS series use other cartridge ranges.
What do the quoted 1,900 pages for the Canon 069 Yellow mean?
It is an average yield measured according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, the benchmark shared by manufacturers for colour laser supplies. It is based on a set of typical office pages, which makes figures comparable from one brand to another — your own printouts, with more or less yellow in them, will change the count.
What is in the box of the Canon 069 Yellow toner?
The 069 yellow toner cartridge, on its own. It is the only part to replace: the other colours and the rest of the print mechanism stay in place in the machine.
Does the Canon 069 Yellow toner comply with RoHS regulations?
Yes. It meets RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863/EU, which cap hazardous substances — lead, mercury, cadmium and the like — in electrical and electronic equipment. The materials used are therefore less harmful to the environment.
What should I do with the Canon 069 cartridge once it is empty?
Canon offers collection of its toner cartridges so that they can be reused or recycled, free of charge. That is a better route than the office bin: the residual powder and the plastic parts can be recovered.
Is this a genuine Canon toner or a compatible?
Genuine Canon. The 069 Yellow cartridge comes off the production lines of the printer's own manufacturer, with the powder formulation designed for its fusing mechanism — which is what keeps output consistent over the life of the cartridge.
Do all three colours have to be changed together on an MF752Cdw?
No. Each colour in the 069 range is a separate cartridge in its own slot: only the one that runs out needs replacing. So the yellow is changed on its own, without removing the others.
Is the Canon 069 Yellow toner new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its Canon packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year: keep it, as it is the document requested for an exchange.
