1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers does this Canon 069 cyan toner fit?
It is specified as compatible with the i-SENSYS MF752Cdw, MF754Cdw and LBP673Cdw. Check the exact model printed on your printer before ordering: the reference is what counts, not how similar the cartridges look.
What do the stated 1,900 pages actually represent?
It is the yield of a full cartridge, measured according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The figure applies to cyan only: it is a single-colour cartridge, with each colour ordered and replaced separately.
Does the box also contain the black and the other colours?
No: the box contains a single cartridge, the 069 cyan toner. The black, magenta and yellow are ordered separately. This is handy for buying back only the colour that has run out, but something to plan for if you are equipping a new printer.
Is this an original Canon toner or a compatible?
It is an original Canon toner, reference 5093C002AA — neither compatible nor remanufactured. It is the cartridge Canon designed to deliver optimum print quality on the i-SENSYS MF752Cdw, MF754Cdw and LBP673Cdw.
What should you do with the cartridge once it is empty?
Canon takes back its toner cartridges for reuse or recycling, free of charge. The cartridge also complies with the RoHS 2011/65/EU directive and its amendment 2015/863/EU, which restrict hazardous substances.
Is this toner new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, original Canon cartridge, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It prints using laser technology and covers approximately 1,900 pages in cyan. Keep the invoice: it is your proof throughout the warranty period.
