3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 125A cyan toner (CB541A)?
The HP Color LaserJet CP1215, CP1515n and CP1518ni, as well as the CM1312 multifunction printer. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CB541A or 125A.
How many pages does the HP 125A cyan print?
1,400 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages: it is an average for mixed use.
Does the black last longer than the cyan on a CP1215?
Yes, by a clear margin: the CB540A black cartridge is rated for 2,200 pages, compared with 1,400 pages for cyan, yellow and magenta. In mixed use, the colours therefore run out before the black.
Is there a multipack of HP 125A cartridges?
Yes, two: the CB540AD combines two black cartridges of 2,200 pages each, and the CF373AM bundles the three colours cyan, magenta and yellow, at 1,400 pages per cartridge.
Does printing in colour cost more than on a black-and-white laser printer?
HP states the opposite for these machines: black pages cost the same as on a monochrome laser printer, with colour available whenever you need it. The comparison assumes at least 30% colour pages and jobs of three pages on average.
What are the dimensions of an HP 125A cartridge?
365 × 100 × 110 mm, dimensions shared by all four colours in the range. These 36 cm of length contrast with the compact CP1215: plan on a shelf rather than a drawer for your spares.
What type of user is this range intended for?
For home users and small businesses who want to print professional-quality documents without moving up to a bigger class of machine. That is the stated positioning of the 125 range.
What does ColorSphere toner bring to the HP 125A?
It aims for print-shop quality in the office: vivid colours, sharp, precise text and lifelike photos. The cartridge also communicates with the machine to adjust print quality and reliability.
Can the CB541A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. The CB540A black, CB542A yellow and CB543A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels at once, or go straight for the three-colour pack.
Is this HP 125A cyan toner new and under warranty?
