3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 1 299 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 125A yellow toner (CB542A)?
The HP Color LaserJet CP1215, CP1515n, CP1518ni and the CM1312 multifunction printer. The yellow cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CB542A or 125A.
How many pages does the HP 125A yellow print?
Approximately 1,400 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages: it is an average for mixed use.
How long do one thousand four hundred pages last?
Almost three reams of 500 sheets. For a workstation that prints around a hundred colour pages a month, one yellow cartridge lasts the year; with regular marketing use, expect three to four months instead.
Does the CB542A print anything other than yellow?
No, only yellow. Black, cyan and magenta each have their own cartridge on a CP1215 or a CM1312: check all four levels before ordering, so you do not have to stop the machine twice.
Does the HP 125A yellow toner contain recycled materials?
Yes. Genuine HP toner supplies are designed to use recycled content while meeting the brand's quality requirements. A point worth documenting in a corporate purchasing file.
Can the 125A yellow toner wait several months before being installed?
Yes. It is a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog. A cartridge kept in reserve in its box remains usable on the day the machine calls for it.
Is this HP 125A yellow toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found on the cartridge.
