3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What team size is the HP 304A toner intended for?
HP intends it for teams of 3 to 5 users per machine, in small businesses and unmanaged IT environments that print, copy and scan. It is the best benchmark for judging whether this range suits your scale.
Which printers accept the HP 304A magenta toner (CC533A)?
The HP Color LaserJet CP2025 range and the CM2320 multifunction printers. The magenta cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CC533A or 304A.
How many pages does the HP 304A magenta print?
2,800 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages: it is an average, not a ceiling.
What does the “L” in the CC533L and CC530L references mean?
It is the economy version of the range, with a reduced yield: 1,400 pages for an L colour cartridge against 2,800 for the A version, and 1,200 pages for the CC530L black against 3,500 for the CC530A. Cheaper to buy, more expensive per page.
Does the black last longer than the magenta on a CP2025?
Yes, by a clear margin: the CC530A black cartridge is rated for 3,500 pages against 2,800 pages for magenta, cyan and yellow. On a machine in mixed use, the colours therefore run out before the black.
Is there a multipack of HP 304A cartridges?
Yes, two: the CC530AD combines two black cartridges of 3,500 pages each, and the CF372AM bundles the three colours cyan, magenta and yellow, at 2,800 pages per cartridge. Enough to cover a complete replacement in a single order.
What are the dimensions of an HP 304A cartridge?
385 × 109 × 125 mm, dimensions shared by all single references in the range. The three-colour pack, for its part, measures 385 × 327 × 125 mm: make room on the shelf before ordering it.
What does the 304A's ColorSphere toner bring?
It is this range's powder formulation: it aims for vivid colours, sharp text and lifelike photo reproduction, with precise detail on marketing documents printed in the office rather than at a print shop.
Does the cartridge communicate with the printer?
Yes. The intelligence built into the cartridge enables the system to optimise print quality and reliability by adapting its operation to the properties of the toner in use. That is what avoids some of the reprints.
Can the 304A magenta toner be kept in reserve?
Yes. It is a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog, even after several months. A cartridge kept in reserve in its box remains usable on the day the machine asks for it.
Is this HP 304A magenta toner new and under warranty?
