3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 504A magenta toner (CE253A) fit?
The HP Color LaserJet CP3525 series and the CM3530 multifunction printers. Check the reference on the magenta cartridge currently installed: it should read CE253A or 504A.
What is the yield of the HP 504A magenta?
7,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together: communication material heavy on red or pink will use up this cartridge before the others.
How long does a 7,000-page cartridge last?
Fourteen reams of 500 sheets. For a department that prints a thousand colour pages a month, that is seven months of printing; at three hundred pages, almost two years.
Do you need to set aside space to store a 504A cartridge?
Yes: it weighs 1.2 kg and is sized for departmental machines, not for an office printer. A supplies cabinet is better suited than a drawer if you keep a full set in reserve.
Does the CE253A replace the other colours on the CM3530?
No, it only supplies magenta. Black, cyan and yellow are three separate references: check all four levels before ordering, as a shared machine will not restart without the missing colour.
Can the 504A magenta toner dry out while waiting to be installed?
No. It is a dry powder, not a liquid ink: no nozzle clogs and nothing evaporates. That is what makes it possible to keep a spare set of colours without fear of losing it.
Is this HP 504A magenta toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
