1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printer uses the HP 658A magenta toner (W2003A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M751 series. The magenta cartridge currently installed must carry the reference W2003A for standard capacity, or W2003X for high capacity: both fit in the same machine.
How many pages does an HP 658A magenta print?
6,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798: the three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages, which gives an average for mixed use.
What do you gain by switching to the HP 658X magenta?
The yield goes from 6,000 to 28,000 pages per cartridge, more than four times as much. On an M751 that prints colour continuously, it is the main lever for spacing out replacements.
Is the imaging drum included in the 658A cartridge?
No, it is a two-part design: the toner cartridge on one side, the imaging drum on the other. Each is replaced according to its own wear, so you never discard a part that is still good.
Does black last longer than magenta on an M751?
Yes: 7,000 pages for the W2000A black versus 6,000 pages for the three colours. At high capacity the gap widens: 33,000 pages for black versus 28,000 for the colours.
Do you need to remove a seal before installing the magenta toner?
No. Automatic latch release makes installation immediate: no tab to pull and no mess in front of a machine shared by a whole department.
Can toner consumption be tracked across a fleet of M751 printers?
Yes. HP print gauge technology tracks cartridge usage, and HP Web Jetadmin centralises this tracking by reporting regular updates on the status of the fleet's supplies.
How much space does an HP 658A cartridge take up?
483 × 155 × 198 mm: nearly 50 cm long, dimensions shared by all eight references in the range. This is a cartridge for a supplies cabinet, not a desk drawer.
What does ColorSphere 3 toner bring to colour documents?
Vivid, photo-quality colour for marketing materials, with an optimised print mode that widens the range of colours reproduced. That is what sets this generation apart, beyond plain office text.
Is this range designed to limit energy consumption?
Yes, it is a stated focus: the cartridges and drums in this range are presented as designed for energy savings and a long service life. On a fleet left on all day, this counts as much as the yield.
Can the W2003A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. The W2000A black, W2001A cyan and W2002A yellow are three separate references: check all four levels before ordering, as the M751 will not restart without the missing colour.
Is this HP 658A magenta toner new and under warranty?
