3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 126A cyan toner (CE311A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro CP1020 colour range, i.e. the CP1025 and CP1025nw, as well as the LaserJet Pro 100 M175a, M175nw and M275. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CE311A.
How many pages does the HP 126A cyan cartridge print?
Approximately 1,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together: predominantly blue documents will use up this cartridge faster than the average.
Is the imaging drum included with the 126A cyan toner?
No, it is a separate part in this range: the imaging drum carries the reference CE314A and lasts 14,000 pages in black or 7,000 in colour. It therefore outlasts several sets of cartridges before being replaced.
Does the 126A black cartridge last longer than the cyan?
Yes, slightly: the CE310A black is rated for 1,200 pages, compared with 1,000 pages for cyan, magenta and yellow. The difference is modest; the four cartridges run out at fairly similar times.
Can the HP 126A colours be bought as a pack?
Yes: the CF341A brings together the three cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges, at 1,000 pages each. There is also a pack of two black cartridges, the CE310AD, at 1,200 pages per cartridge.
What size is an HP 126A cartridge?
363 × 83 × 86 mm. These 36 cm of length are a surprise when unpacking: the cartridge is far bulkier than the compact CP1025 would lead you to expect. Allow storage space if you keep a full set of colours.
Does the printer warn you when the cyan is running out?
Yes, an alert appears when the toner level becomes low, which leaves time to order before the printer stops. Replacement itself is designed to be quick and simple, with no tools.
Is the HP 126A cyan suitable for marketing documents?
Yes. The glossy finish of this toner produces photo-quality graphics and images on a wide range of laser papers. This range is aimed precisely at colour documents and marketing material for home users and small businesses.
Does the CE311A print anything other than cyan?
No, only cyan, for approximately 1,000 pages. The CE310A black, CE312A yellow and CE313A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Does the 126A cyan toner keep for several months?
Yes. Laser printing works with a dry powder: no nozzle can clog and nothing dries out while it waits. That is what makes it safe to buy the colours in advance for a printer that is only used from time to time.
Is this HP 126A cyan toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner, whose reference CE311A matches the barcode 884962161135. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months. Datasheet: HP LaserJet 126 supplies.
