3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 126A magenta toner (CE313A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro CP1020 colour range, i.e. the CP1025 and CP1025nw, as well as the LaserJet Pro 100 M175a, M175nw and M275. The magenta cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CE313A.
How many pages does the HP 126A magenta cartridge print?
1,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Very red-heavy material will use up the cartridge before reaching that figure.
Is the imaging drum included with the 126A magenta toner?
No, it is a separate part in this range: the drum carries the reference CE314A and lasts 14,000 pages in black or 7,000 in colour. It therefore outlasts several sets of cartridges before being replaced.
Does the 126A black cartridge last longer than the magenta?
Yes, slightly: the CE310A black is rated for 1,200 pages, compared with 1,000 pages for magenta, cyan and yellow. The four cartridges therefore reach the end of their life at fairly similar times.
Can the HP 126A colours be bought as a pack?
Yes: the CF341A brings together the three cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges, at 1,000 pages each, in a 363 × 249 × 86 mm box. There is also a pack of two blacks, the CE310AD.
What are the dimensions of an HP 126A cartridge?
363 × 83 × 86 mm. These 36 cm of length are surprising next to the CP1025, which is a compact machine: plan on a shelf rather than a drawer for your spare colours.
Is the HP 126A magenta suitable for marketing material?
Yes. The glossy finish of this toner produces photo-quality graphics and images on a wide range of laser papers. This range is aimed at colour documents for home users and small businesses.
Does the CE313A print anything other than magenta?
No, only magenta, for 1,000 pages. The CE310A black, CE311A cyan and CE312A yellow are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Is this HP 126A magenta toner new and under warranty?
