3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 1 249 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Should I choose the HP 05A or the HP 05X?
It comes down to volume. The 05A (CE505A) prints about 2,300 pages, while the high-yield 05X (CE505X) reaches 6,500 pages in a barely thicker format (340 x 113 x 225 mm versus 340 x 109 x 205 mm). If you print a lot, the 05X means far fewer replacements.
Is the quoted yield of 2,300 pages a firm figure?
It is an average measured according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. Actual yield varies greatly with page content: tables, charts and solid black areas use much more toner than a plain-text report. If your printouts are dense, the 05X at 6,500 pages remains the option suited to high volumes.
Which printers does the HP 05A toner fit?
It is listed as compatible with the HP LaserJet P2035, P2050 and P2055. The manufacturer part number to check against the model shown on your printer is CE505A, sold individually. This toner is designed for printing everyday business text: reports, invoices and spreadsheets.
Is there a multi-pack of 05A cartridges?
Yes, under separate part numbers: the CE505D contains two genuine black toners of 2,300 pages each, and the CE505XD two high-yield toners of 6,500 pages each. The CE505A offered here is indeed a single cartridge.
Does print quality drop towards the end of the cartridge?
No. The formula of genuine HP toners is designed for consistent quality from the first page to the last, and for steady yields from one replacement cartridge to the next. HP covers it with its Premium Protection Warranty, parts and labour.
What happens to the 05A cartridge once it is empty?
HP's free return programme recycles genuine LaserJet cartridges rather than sending them to landfill; its availability varies by country. These original cartridges are designed with this in mind from the outset.
Is the HP 05A toner genuine and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine cartridge, sealed in its HP packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 3 months. Yields and compatibility are detailed in the HP datasheet (PDF).
