1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is the HP 991X ink water-resistant?
Yes. It is a pigment ink, formulated to resist water and fading: documents stay legible over time, including after accidental contact with a liquid.
What is HP PageWide technology?
It is the printing system specific to this range of machines, designed for high speeds and large volumes: PageWide cartridges are sized accordingly, hence the 187 ml of this one.
How much does an HP 991X cartridge weigh?
0.33 kg — far more than an office inkjet cartridge, which is explained by the 187 ml of ink it carries. Allow the corresponding space in the supplies cabinet.
Sixteen thousand pages: what printing rate does that correspond to?
At two thousand colour pages a month — the pace of an office floor — one magenta cartridge lasts eight months. On a PageWide Pro, replacement is planned by the quarter.
Can the M0J94AE print all the colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. Black, cyan and yellow are separate references on the PageWide Pro 755, 772 and 777: check all four levels before ordering.
Is this HP 991X cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP cartridge, reference M0J94AE. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
