3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 903 magenta cartridge fit?
The HP OfficeJet 6950 and 6951 all-in-ones and the OfficeJet Pro 6960, 6970 and 6974, as the OfficeJet Pro 6950/6960/6970 series is covered. The reference to check on the cartridge you remove is T6L91AE.
Do all the cartridges have to be replaced at the same time?
No. This reference is magenta only: in the 903 range, black is T6L99AE and cyan T6L87AE. Each cartridge is replaced separately, as you need, with individual inks at a controlled cost.
Is there a longer-lasting version of this magenta?
Yes: the HP 903XL magenta (T6M07AE) goes up to approximately 825 pages where the standard 903 gives 315, with identical dimensions (106 × 23 × 113.5 mm). It becomes worthwhile as soon as colour regularly features in your prints.
How are the stated 315 pages calculated?
According to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, in continuous printing and on the HP OfficeJet Pro 6860 range: it is an average composite cyan/magenta/yellow yield. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of your pages.
Do magenta prints last over time?
Yes: the ink is pigment-based, designed for the office, with impressive durability and legibility. On ColorLok paper, colours come out even richer and blacks deeper than on plain paper.
Can the empty cartridge be recycled?
Yes, easily and free of charge, through the HP Planet Partners take-back programme intended for ink cartridges designed by HP. Programme availability may vary.
Is this cartridge genuine HP and under warranty?
Yes: a genuine HP T6L91AE cartridge, new, covered for 3 months by the invoice, which serves as the warranty document. It installs and is replaced in a snap. Yield details are in the datasheet (PDF).
