1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 903 cyan cartridge?
The HP OfficeJet 6950 and 6951 all-in-ones and the OfficeJet Pro 6960, 6970 and 6974: the entire OfficeJet Pro 6950/6960/6970 series is covered. The reference to compare with your used cartridge is T6L87AE.
Does this reference include the other colours?
No: it is the cyan cartridge only. In the 903 range, each colour has its own reference — black is T6L99AE, magenta T6L91AE — and is replaced separately, as you need.
Is there a version that lasts longer?
Yes, the HP 903XL cyan (T6M03AE): approximately 825 pages versus 315 for the standard 903, with the same dimensions (106 × 23 × 113.5 mm). High-yield options reduce the number of replacements accordingly.
Where do the stated 315 pages come from?
It is an average yield established according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, in continuous printing, on the HP OfficeJet Pro 6860 printer range. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of your pages: this figure is for comparing cartridges, not for predicting your consumption.
Which paper should you use to get the deepest colours?
ColorLok paper: HP pigment ink gives richer colours and deeper blacks on it. Across the wide range of everyday papers, it still delivers consistent, professional-quality results.
What should you do with the cartridge once it is empty?
It can be recycled easily and free of charge through the HP Planet Partners programme, intended for ink cartridges designed by HP. Programme availability may vary.
Is the HP 903 cyan cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes: a genuine HP T6L87AE cartridge, new, under warranty for 1 year, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. HP guarantees its cartridges to be free from defects in materials and workmanship throughout the warranty period. Yield details are in the datasheet (PDF).
