1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 379 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Certified cheque

Certified cheque payable to “sgm2i”. Have your bank certify the cheque, then send us a copy on WhatsApp (+212 6 64 10 46 24) or to service.client@iris.ma — we dispatch as soon as we receive it.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

What is the PFI-1000CO Chroma Optimizer ink for?
It is a clear ink, applied over the layer of colour ink. It ensures uniform gloss over the whole surface, widens the colour gamut and gives greater black density.
Which printer uses the PFI-1000CO cartridge?
The imagePROGRAF PRO-1000, Canon's large-format photo printer. The reference to check on the tank currently installed is PFI-1000CO or 0556C001AA.
How many prints does one Chroma Optimizer tank give?
Two figures depending on the format: 680 photos at 10 × 15 cm or 97 A2 prints, for 80 ml. As it is laid down over the whole printed surface, this ink runs out faster than the colours taken one by one.
What standard is this photo yield based on?
On the ISO/IEC 29103 standard, the one for photo printer cartridges — different from the office printing standards. It measures a series of standard test images: your own prints will make the result vary.
Does the Chroma Optimizer change the colour of the print?
It adds no colour: it is clear. Its effect is on the rendering — even gloss, wider colour gamut, denser blacks — not on the hue itself.
What is in the box of the PFI-1000CO?
A single item: the 80 ml Chroma Optimizer tank. Nothing else is needed to install it in the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000.
What do you gain by choosing genuine Canon ink?
Canon puts forward a figure: genuine ink produces on average 35% more high-quality prints than compatible cartridges. On a large-format photo print, a failed output costs you the paper as much as the ink.
Can this tank replace a colour ink?
No. It complements the colour inks of the LUCIA PRO range; it does not replace them: it is a finishing layer laid down over them, essential to the rendering but with no coloured pigment.
Is this Canon PFI-1000CO cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Canon cartridge, reference 0556C001AA. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
