1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printer uses the Canon PFI-300C cartridge?
The imagePROGRAF PRO-300, Canon's A3+ photo printer. The reference to check on the cyan cartridge currently installed is PFI-300C or 4194C001AA.
How many prints does the PFI-300C cartridge deliver?
Two figures, depending on the format: 735 photos at 10 × 15 cm or 82 A3 prints, from 14.4 ml of ink. The A3 figure is the one to look at if you work in large format.
What is LUCIA PRO ink?
It is Canon's pigment ink system for professional photo printing: it aims for faithful colour reproduction, deep tones and high print longevity.
Why choose a pigment ink for photos?
Because it lays down solid pigments rather than dyes: this is what gives rich, deep colours and, above all, a durability over time that a dye-based ink cannot match, on a print intended to be framed.
Is this cartridge enough to print a photo?
No, it only supplies cyan. The imagePROGRAF PRO-300 works with several inks from the PFI-300 range: a single empty cartridge is enough to block a print, so check all the levels before ordering.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
Inkjet: the pigment ink is sprayed onto the paper by the imagePROGRAF's print heads. This is the technology that delivers the fine rendering expected of an A3 photo print.
Is this Canon PFI-300C cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Canon cartridge, reference 4194C001AA. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
