1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the charging cable included with the Samsung Trio 65 W Charger?
No. The box contains the adapter and a quick start guide, nothing else. So make sure you have your own cables: both 65 W over USB-C and 45 W super fast charging require a cable rated for 5 A.
Does each port deliver 65 W if I plug in three devices at the same time?
No: the 65 W is a total shared output. With three devices, it is split 35 W + 25 W + 5 W. With two devices, it becomes 40 + 25 W on the two USB-C ports, 50 + 15 W on USB-C1 + USB-A and 25 + 15 W on USB-C2 + USB-A. The full 65 W is therefore only available to a single device plugged in on its own.
Are the two USB-C ports on this Trio charger identical?
No, and your choice of port makes all the difference. The first USB-C port goes up to 65 W (PD 3.0, PPS up to 45 W, Super Fast Charging 2.0 at 45 W); the second tops out at 25 W and the USB-A port at 15 W. Plug the most power-hungry device into the first port, and your earbuds into the USB-A port.
Can you charge a laptop with this 65 W charger?
Yes, on the first USB-C port: it delivers up to 65 W over USB Power Delivery 3.0, with 9, 15 and 20 V levels. The adapter covers the whole range, from earbuds to laptops, provided you use a 5 A cable for full power.
Does it work with an iPhone, or only with Galaxy phones?
Yes. It complies with USB Power Delivery 3.0, the USB-IF fast charging standard for USB-C, and Samsung Super Fast Charging (SFC) is supported by other compatible devices, including iPhone 8 and later. The AFC protocol, available on the USB-A port, remains specific to Samsung devices.
Which Galaxy models benefit from 45 W Super Fast Charging 2.0?
Super Fast Charging 2.0 at 45 W is available on the Galaxy S20 Ultra, Note10+ and later models. Standard Super Fast Charging covers a wider range: Galaxy Note10 and later, as well as Galaxy S10 5G and later. In both cases, a 5 A cable is needed to reach 45 W.
Can I take it with me when travelling and plug it in abroad?
Yes: it accepts an input voltage of 100 to 240 V, so it works on both 110 V and 230 V grids. At 155 g and 52 × 30 × 108.3 mm, it replaces three chargers in your bag: two devices on USB-C and a third on USB-A from a single wall socket.
Is it safe to leave my phone charging on it overnight?
It has built-in protection against overcurrent, short circuits and high temperatures, as well as against leakage current and electrical noise. The EP-T6530 model was assessed by an independent laboratory, TÜV SÜD or CTK Korea, in October 2021, and the adapter is certified by the competent authority in each country where it is sold.
Is the Samsung Trio charger new and covered by a warranty?
Yes: a new adapter, sealed in its original packaging, black, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document.
