1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Description

Two ports to charge two devices in the car

The Ugreen EC305 car charger plugs into the cigarette-lighter socket (12–24 V) and offers one USB-C port and one USB-A port. The driver and the passenger each charge their own device, without waiting to arrive.

30 W on USB-C, 22.5 W on USB-A

The USB-C port supports Power Delivery up to 30 W and PPS; the USB-A port offers fast charging at QC 18 W or SCP 22.5 W. An iPhone 15 reaches about 60% battery in 30 minutes through the USB-C port. Both ports can be used at the same time.

A format that stays discreet

At 53 × 24 × 24 mm and 20.6 g, the charger pushes into the socket without crowding the centre console. Its black body suits any interior.

Protection for the battery and the vehicle

The charger is protected against overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating and short circuit, for safe charging on every trip.

Compatibility

What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine product, delivered in its original packaging with an invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document (1 year) with the manufacturer's after-sales service in Morocco.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, at the Casablanca store (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat 10am–2pm) or the Témara collection point (Mon–Thu 8.30am–6pm · Fri 8.30am–1.30pm / 2.30–6pm · Sat 8.30am–12.30pm). Payment on site: cash, bank card via terminal, certified cheque.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I get an invoice in my company's name (with its ICE)?
Yes. Provide your company's legal name and ICE when ordering: the invoice is issued in its name and enclosed with the parcel (handed over with the order for in-store collection). Companies and public bodies can also request a quote — reply within 24 working hours.
