1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What speed does the TP-Link TL-WN823N USB Wi-Fi adapter offer?
It is an N300 Wi-Fi adapter: up to 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band only (802.11 b/g/n standard), enough for HD video, voice and online gaming.
Is the TL-WN823N dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz)?
No. It works only on the 2.4 GHz band; it does not support 5 GHz. It is an affordable way to add Wi-Fi to a PC.
What type of port does the TL-WN823N plug into?
It plugs into a USB 2.0 port. Its mini format makes it discreet and easy to carry with a laptop.
