1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Why does the TP-Link TL-WN822N have external antennas?
Because two 3 dBi antennas pick up a signal where a flat USB adapter drops out. The internal antenna of a USB adapter is tiny and pressed against the metal of the port: the difference shows as soon as a wall separates the computer from the router.
Can the TP-Link TL-WN822N be placed somewhere other than on the tower?
Yes: a 1.5-metre USB extension cable is supplied. The adapter can then sit up high, near the monitor, instead of staying behind the tower — under a metal desk, that makes all the difference.
Which band does the TP-Link TL-WN822N operate on?
On the 2.4 GHz band, at 300 Mbit/s. The 2.4 GHz band reaches further and passes through walls better than 5 GHz, at the cost of more congestion in apartment buildings.
How do you secure the TP-Link TL-WN822N connection?
With the QSS button, at a single press, or by entering the key: it supports WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK and WEP encryption. It also supports WMM traffic prioritisation, useful for voice and video.
Is the TP-Link TL-WN822N adapter new and under warranty?
