1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can this LG display run continuously?
Yes: it is rated for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in portrait as well as landscape. That is what distinguishes a digital signage display from a TV.
Can several of these displays be monitored remotely?
Yes: Control Manager, a built-in web-based monitoring solution, lets you control and monitor in real time several displays located in different places, from any connected device.
Does this display work without a computer connected?
Yes: it runs webOS 6.0, LG's digital signage platform, with its interface and app development tools. The display therefore plays its content on its own.
Can sensors be connected to this LG display?
Yes: the platform accepts external sensors — GPIO, NFC/RFID, temperature sensors — connected via a USB port. These sensors are to be purchased separately and must be webOS-compatible.
Can coupons be sent to customers' phones?
Yes: thanks to Beacon and Bluetooth Low Energy technologies, the display can broadcast discount coupons and real-time information. Content mirroring to a device, on the other hand, goes through Wi-Fi.
What connectors does this 32-inch LG display have?
HDMI, USB, RS232C, RJ45 and audio, plus Wi-Fi. RS232C and RJ45 are used for centralised control, essential across a fleet of displays.
What is the picture quality of this LG SM5J display?
