This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install software to use the Logitech G102 LIGHTSYNC?
It plugs into a USB port and its six buttons are programmed by default. The free Logitech G HUB software can be installed to go further: reprogram the buttons, adjust the sensor sensitivity and customise the RGB lighting.
Can you change the sensitivity mid-game without going through the software?
Yes. The sixth button is assigned by default to DPI cycling: each press moves from one sensitivity step to the next, with the sensor going up to 8,000 dpi. That lets you slow the cursor down for a precise shot, then speed it back up with a single press.
How many lighting zones does the G102 have, and can you lock in a single colour?
It has 3 independent lighting zones, customisable in G HUB from 16.8 million colours. You can set them to a fixed colour or an animated effect — colour cycle, breathing or blinking — depending on whether you want subtle or eye-catching lighting.
Can I sync the mouse lighting with my keyboard?
Yes, if the keyboard is one of the supported Logitech G devices: G HUB then syncs the lighting effects across the devices, for a shared animation across your whole setup. There is nothing to wire between the peripherals; it is all handled in the software.
What do the six buttons do by default?
Left click, right click, wheel click, Forward, Back and DPI cycling: forward/back navigation is therefore already assigned, with nothing to configure. All six are fully reprogrammable in G HUB once the software is installed.
What keeps the clicks reliable under heavy use?
The buttons rely on a spring-loaded mechanism, highlighted on this model for click reliability and precision. It is this mouse's selling point for long-term durability, designed for gaming sessions where the clicks come in rapid succession.
Is the cable long enough for a tower on the floor?
Yes: 2.1 metres, enough to connect a tower on the floor to a standard desk without straining the connector or adding a USB extension cable. The connection is wired USB, so there is no battery and no charging to worry about: the mouse is powered and recognised as soon as it is plugged in.
Is the mouse new, and how long is the warranty?
