This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Settings that stay in the mouse

The Rapoo driver for Windows lets you assign a function to each button, choose the colour and rhythm of the lighting, then save everything in the onboard memory. Plugged into another PC, the mouse keeps its settings without reinstalling anything.

Lighting that follows your hand

The RGB system displays up to 16 million colours, with an adjustable animation speed and touch sensing that reacts when your hand rests on it. The USB cable, for its part, removes batteries and radio latency.

Is the Rapoo V16RGB mouse suitable for left-handed users?
Yes. Its shape is ambidextrous and symmetrical: it fits the right hand as well as the left, without tiring the wrist during long sessions. It is aimed at larger hands, at 125 mm long and 68 mm wide. Its USB cable avoids batteries and any radio latency, which matters in fast games. Its two side buttons sit under the right thumb.
How do you change the sensitivity of the Rapoo V16RGB?
A dedicated button cycles through 6 levels from 200 to 12,800 dpi with a single click, mid-game. Fine settings, buttons and lighting are customised with the Rapoo driver for Windows, and the onboard memory keeps them in the mouse: you find them again even on another computer, without reinstalling the software. The level changes without taking your eyes off the game.
Do you need to install software to use the V16RGB?
No to use it: it works as soon as it is plugged into a USB port, plug and play. The Rapoo driver for Windows, a free download, is only needed to go further: programming the buttons, adjusting the sensitivity levels and setting the RGB lighting, then saving everything in the mouse memory. Without the driver, it keeps its factory settings.
Does the Rapoo V16RGB work on a Mac?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with macOS as well as Windows, from Windows XP to Windows 11. On a Mac, it is used directly over USB with its sensitivity levels. The customisation driver for buttons and lighting is offered for Windows: profiles are set on a PC, and the onboard memory then keeps them. Nothing needs installing on the Mac side.
How responsive is the Rapoo V16RGB in games?
It reports its position 1,000 times per second (1,000 Hz polling rate), tracks movements up to 60 IPS and handles 20 G of acceleration. Combined with the 12,800 dpi sensor, these values easily cover shooters and action games, for a player moving from an office mouse to a real gaming mouse. The USB cable removes any radio latency.
Can the lighting of the V16RGB be adjusted?
Yes. Its RGB lighting system displays up to 16 million colours, with an adjustable animation speed and touch sensing that reacts to the movement of your hand. You choose the colour and effect with the Rapoo driver for Windows; the mouse then keeps this setting in its onboard memory, together with the buttons. The effect matches the rest of a lit gaming setup.
