This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Logitech G502 HERO mouse work without batteries?
Yes: it is wired, so no batteries and no charging. It is powered by the USB cable, which also eliminates any wireless connection latency.
What is the adjustable sensitivity of this mouse?
From 100 to 16,000 DPI, with the HERO sensor. The low range is for precise aiming, the high range for wide movements on a large screen.
Can you adjust the weight of this mouse?
Yes: five 3.6 g weights are provided to adjust the balance. The mouse weighs 121 g without these weights — a rather heavy model that can be made heavier still.
How many buttons does this mouse have?
Eleven programmable buttons, plus a dual-mode scroll wheel: notch by notch for precision, or hyper-fast scrolling in free-spin mode to move through a long document.
Are the settings kept in memory if I change computers?
Yes: the mouse has onboard memory for game profiles. The settings travel with it, without reinstalling any software.
