1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Are its clicks quiet enough for a shared office?
Yes, silent clicks are one of its main selling points: the sharp snap of a conventional click is gone. That is what makes it suitable for open-plan offices, meeting rooms and any long working session in a quiet environment.
Do you need a mouse pad, and can the sensitivity be adjusted?
No, it is designed to work without a mouse pad, on a desk or a meeting-room table alike. Its high-precision optical sensor offers several DPI settings: you can switch from fine pointing, to target a spreadsheet cell, to fast movement from one side of a large screen to the other.
How does it connect, and does it take up a USB port permanently?
It connects wirelessly via a USB dongle, which must stay plugged into the computer while in use: expect one USB port to be permanently occupied, something to plan for if your laptop only has two. It is specified for both PCs and Macs.
Is it comfortable over a long day, and compact enough for a bag?
Its ergonomic profile and non-slip coating are designed to reduce wrist fatigue during long work sessions. At 110 × 62 × 32 mm and 85 g, it remains compact: it slips into a laptop bag next to a laptop without adding weight or taking up space.
Is this Ugreen wireless mouse new and under warranty?
