1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

The whole i-SENSYS LBP660 to LBP746 range (LBP662Cdw, LBP663Cdw, LBP664Cx, LBP744Cdw, LBP746Cx) and the MF740 to MF746 multifunction printers (MF741Cdw, MF742Cdw, MF743Cdw, MF744Cdw, MF745Cdw, MF746Cx). The reference to look for on the cartridge currently installed is 055 or 3016C002.
Does the Canon 055 cartridge need any particular maintenance?
No, none at all. Its single-component design means the cartridge requires no maintenance: there is nothing to clean, nothing to adjust and nothing to replace separately during its lifetime.
Do you need to call a technician to change the 055 cartridge?
No. Fitting and removal are simple and need no help from a technician: it is a user task, designed to be done in the office in a few seconds, by opening the machine and closing it again.
What is in the box of the Canon 055 cartridge?
A single item: the black 055 toner cartridge. The packaging is stated to be fully recyclable, in a design intended to limit the volume of waste at disposal.
What happens to the old Canon cartridge once it is empty?
It can be returned free of charge to be reused or recycled. The cartridge is also stated to comply with the RoHS directives, which restrict hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Can the toner in the Canon 055 cartridge dry out while waiting to be used?
No. It is a dry powder, not a liquid: there is no nozzle to clog and no risk of drying out during months of storage. A spare cartridge bought in advance remains ready for use on the day the machine calls for it.
