This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 659X cyan toner (W2011X)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M776 multifunction printers, Flow M776 included, and the M856 range. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference W2011X for the high-yield version, or W2011A for the standard version.
How many pages does the HP 659X cyan print?
29,000 pages, the yield of the high-yield version. The standard W2011A version stops at 13,000 pages: the X therefore prints more than twice as much per cartridge, for the same footprint.
Does the black last longer than the cyan on an M856?
Yes: in high yield, 34,000 pages for the W2010X black versus 29,000 for the colours. In standard yield, the gap is of the same order: 16,000 pages versus 13,000.
What temperature range does this toner operate in?
10 to 32.5 °C in operation, with relative humidity of 20 to 80%. When not in operation, the cartridge can be stored at -20 to 40 °C. A technical room that goes above 32.5 °C in summer is therefore outside the specified conditions.
Is the imaging drum included with the 659X cartridge?
No, it is a two-part design: the toner cartridge and the imaging drum are two separate parts, each replaced according to its own wear. This avoids throwing away a drum that is still good along with an empty cartridge.
How much does an HP 659X cartridge weigh, with and without its box?
1.3 kg for the cartridge alone, 1.84 kg including packaging. Its dimensions, 483 × 155 × 198 mm, make it an A3-machine cartridge: almost 50 cm long, to be stored on a shelf.
What is in the box of the HP 659X toner?
The toner cartridge and a recycling guide. The imaging drum, which is a separate part in this range, is not included.
Do you need to remove a pull tab before installing the 659X toner?
No. Automatic seal removal makes installation immediate: the cartridge slides into place with no messy handling, which matters on a shared production machine.
Can you anticipate when the cyan cartridge will run out across a fleet of machines?
Yes. Print gauge technology tracks toner levels to signal the end of the cartridge in advance, and HP Web Jetadmin lets you receive regular updates on the status of supplies across the fleet.
Does HP 659 toner use less energy when printing?
Yes, it is a stated feature: 659 cartridges use a low-melt toner, specially formulated to save energy during printing. The drum design also aims to reduce the materials used over time.
What size of business is this range aimed at?
HP places it in the medium-sized business segment. The 29,000-page yield per cartridge and the A3 format of the M776 and M856 machines confirm this positioning: it is a departmental supply, not one for a standalone workstation.
