This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the memory in this HP Victus 16-s0001nk be upgraded?
Yes, but by replacing the modules. The two accessible slots are filled with 2 × 8 GB of DDR5-5600. To go beyond 16 GB, you therefore have to remove both modules rather than add one: plan on a matched pair of modules to keep dual-channel mode.
What battery life can you expect from this HP Victus 16-s0001nk?
Up to 7 h 45 in general use and up to 9 h of video playback, from a 70 Wh battery. Go by the first figure, which is closer to a working day; when gaming, with the graphics card under load, plan to stay plugged into the mains.
Can this HP Victus 16 be charged with a USB-C charger?
Yes for light tasks, with a 20 V, 100 W USB-C charger. For gaming or rendering, HP requires the supplied 230 W adapter: a USB-C charger cannot keep up with the graphics card's demand. With the machine switched off, only 20 V USB-C charging works.
How long does the battery in this HP Victus 16 take to charge?
About 50% in 30 minutes, provided the machine is switched off and connected to the supplied HP adapter. Beyond half, charging returns to its normal speed to protect the battery. A lower-rated charger cancels out the benefit.

Matte: the 16.1-inch IPS panel is anti-glare and usable near a window. It runs at up to 144 Hz for smooth gameplay and uses DC dimming, which eliminates backlight flicker — a real comfort over long sessions.
