Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Lens : a body photographed with a lens is very often sold body only: only the title (“body only”, “18-55 kit”…) states what is delivered.
  • Accessories : memory card, spare battery, charger, bag, tripod, lens hood and caps are not included unless stated.
  • Sample images : the sample photographs shown say nothing about the results you will get.
  • Screen and viewfinder : an articulating screen, electronic viewfinder and connectors depend on the reference.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which camcorders does the Canon HDU-4 handle fit?
The Canon XA60 and XA65. It is the handle that provides the XLR connectors on the XA60B, where it is not included in the box — unlike the XA65, which is supplied with its own handle unit.
What does the Canon HDU-4 handle add when filming?
An ergonomic grip that improves the camera's stability and handling. Holding a camcorder from the top rather than from the side completely changes how smooth a pan or a walking shot is.
Does the Canon HDU-4 handle withstand intensive use?
Its construction is described as robust, for increased durability even under intensive use. It is the part by which the whole camera is carried: its mechanical strength determines the safety of the equipment.
Is the Canon HDU-4 handle intended for professionals?
It is presented as ideal for professionals and for professional shoots. It is the accessory that takes a compact camcorder from a light reporting setup to a full shoulder setup.
Is the Canon HDU-4 handle unit new and under warranty?
New, reference 6107C001AA, in original Canon packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
