Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Logitech racing wheel work on Xbox Series X|S?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. This is the Xbox version of the wheel: the model intended for PlayStation is a separate reference, and the two are not interchangeable.
How far does this Logitech racing wheel for Xbox turn?
900 degrees, or two and a half turns from lock to lock — the range of a real car's steering. This is what allows wide countersteering movements, impossible on a wheel limited to a quarter turn.
What does the force feedback on this Logitech wheel feel like?
It relies on dual motors. Two motors can layer steering resistance and fine road vibrations, where a single motor has to choose between the two — which makes the car far easier to read.
Is the pedal set on this Logitech wheel for Xbox complete?
Yes, three pedals: accelerator, brake and clutch, and they are adjustable. The clutch is what sets a simulation pedal set apart from a simple two-pedal unit, especially for standing starts.
What materials is this Logitech racing wheel made of?
A hand-stitched leather rim and stainless steel gear-shift paddles. These are the two most heavily used parts: the rim through sweat and friction, the paddles through thousands of gear changes.
Is the steering on this Logitech wheel precise?
It relies on precise steering sensors, combined with the 900° range. A fine sensor over a wide range is what lets you hold a line to the nearest degree rather than correcting constantly.
Is this Logitech racing wheel for Xbox new and under warranty?
New, reference 941-000123, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet details the specifications.
