This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What video inputs does the AOC 24B36X monitor offer?
One DisplayPort 1.2 and one HDMI 1.4. The refresh range accepts 48 to 144 Hz vertically, and up to 160 kHz horizontally. Check that your computer has one of these two outputs, or get the corresponding adapter.
My laptop only has a USB-C output: can I connect the 24B36X?
The monitor receives the picture through its DisplayPort or its HDMI. From a laptop whose only video output is USB-C, you therefore need a USB-C adapter to one of these two formats, and must make sure that the USB-C port supports video on your machine.
Does the AOC 24B36X have USB ports for peripherals?
No, it has no built-in USB hub: keyboard, mouse and USB flash drive stay plugged into the computer. It is a straightforward display monitor, geared towards gaming, whose connectivity is entirely video.
Is the AOC 24B36X stand height-adjustable?
No: neither height adjustment nor rotation to portrait mode. To raise the panel to eye level, you need a monitor riser or a monitor arm suited to the monitor's weight.
How good are the AOC 24B36X's panel and response time?
An IPS panel with W-LED backlighting, rated at a 0.5 ms response time and 144 Hz, with a 1500:1 contrast ratio — higher than the 1000:1 usual on this type of panel. IPS keeps colours stable when the screen is viewed from the side, which is useful when two people are watching the same game.
Is this 24-inch monitor sharp enough in Full HD?
Its Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution on 24 inches gives a 0.2745 mm pixel pitch, the most common value for this diagonal: text stays sharp at desk distance without any particular scaling setting in the system.
How much power does the AOC 24B36X monitor use?
