Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • On-screen image : the content visible on the screen is a composite: it represents neither the real picture quality nor any content supplied with the product.
  • Stand and mount : the shape of the stand changes between versions; wall mounts, arms and ceiling fixings are not included unless stated.
  • Connectors and sound : the number of HDMI, DisplayPort and USB ports, and the presence of speakers, a tuner or a network port, are read in the specifications.
  • Panel : bezels, curved format, touch, matte or glossy finish and refresh rate cannot be judged from a photo.
  • Accessories : remote control, cables, 3D glasses and projection screen are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What video inputs does the AOC 24B36X monitor offer?
One DisplayPort 1.2 and one HDMI 1.4. The refresh range accepts 48 to 144 Hz vertically, and up to 160 kHz horizontally. Check that your computer has one of these two outputs, or get the corresponding adapter.
My laptop only has a USB-C output: can I connect the 24B36X?
The monitor receives the picture through its DisplayPort or its HDMI. From a laptop whose only video output is USB-C, you therefore need a USB-C adapter to one of these two formats, and must make sure that the USB-C port supports video on your machine.
Does the AOC 24B36X have USB ports for peripherals?
No, it has no built-in USB hub: keyboard, mouse and USB flash drive stay plugged into the computer. It is a straightforward display monitor, geared towards gaming, whose connectivity is entirely video.
Is the AOC 24B36X stand height-adjustable?
No: neither height adjustment nor rotation to portrait mode. To raise the panel to eye level, you need a monitor riser or a monitor arm suited to the monitor's weight.
How good are the AOC 24B36X's panel and response time?
An IPS panel with W-LED backlighting, rated at a 0.5 ms response time and 144 Hz, with a 1500:1 contrast ratio — higher than the 1000:1 usual on this type of panel. IPS keeps colours stable when the screen is viewed from the side, which is useful when two people are watching the same game.
Is this 24-inch monitor sharp enough in Full HD?
Its Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution on 24 inches gives a 0.2745 mm pixel pitch, the most common value for this diagonal: text stays sharp at desk distance without any particular scaling setting in the system.
How much power does the AOC 24B36X monitor use?
18 W in normal operation, a modest consumption for a 24-inch 144 Hz monitor. That is less than a classic incandescent light bulb over a full working day.
Is the AOC 24B36X monitor new and under warranty?
Yes: a new product, in its original packaging, with a one-year warranty. Your invoice serves as the warranty document; simply keep it with the box for any warranty claim.
