1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which graphics card fits in the MPG GUNGNIR 110R?
Up to 340 mm in length. CPU cooler height goes up to 170 mm and the power supply up to 250 mm — two very generous clearances, unlike the one for the graphics card.
Do you need an ARGB motherboard to control the lighting?
No: the case has a built-in ARGB control panel capable of driving one to six fans. The lighting can therefore be adjusted without using the motherboard's headers.
How many fans does the GUNGNIR 110R accept?
Six in total, with four already installed: three at the front and one at the rear, in ARGB.
Where can a 360 mm radiator be mounted in this case?
At the front. The top is limited to a 120 or 240 mm radiator and the rear to a 120 mm one: it is the front that takes the large radiator.
What is on the front panel of the GUNGNIR 110R?
Two 5 Gbps USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and one 20 Gbps USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port — the highest throughput available on a case front panel.
What are the dimensions of the MPG GUNGNIR 110R?
430 mm deep, 215 mm wide and 450 mm high. It is a compact mid-tower: it fits on a desk where other models in the category exceed 490 mm in height.
How thick is the side glass of this case?
4 mm of premium-quality tempered glass, according to MSI. The dust filter, for its part, is magnetic: it can be removed in one movement for cleaning.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two 2.5-inch drives and two 3.5-inch drives. Enough to combine a system SSD, a games SSD and a high-capacity mechanical drive.
