1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many fans come with the VELOX 100P?
Four, but only one is lit: three non-LED fans at the front and one ARGB fan at the rear. Worth knowing if you were counting on a fully lit case straight out of the box.
Which graphics card fits in the MPG VELOX 100P?
Up to 380 mm, with a CPU cooler height of 175 mm and a 220 mm power supply — two generous clearances that let large air-cooling towers through.
Can the graphics card be mounted vertically?
Yes, the case is stated to be compatible with vertical mounting of the graphics card — the position that shows off the card behind the glass panel.
How many fans does the VELOX 100P accept?
Six in total: three at the front, three at the top, one at the rear and two on the side depending on the chosen configuration. The front and top positions accept 140 mm.
Where can a 360 mm radiator be mounted in this case?
At the front or on top: both positions accept 120, 140, 240, 280 or 360 mm. That is rare flexibility, as the top position is often limited to 240 mm.
What is on the front panel of the MPG VELOX 100P?
Two 5 Gbps USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and one 20 Gbps USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2. MSI specifies that this Type-C port connects directly to a motherboard from the brand.
How does the side panel of the VELOX 100P open?
Like a door: the 4 mm tempered glass is mounted on hinges. You reach the interior without removing the panel or laying it flat somewhere.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two 2.5-inch drives and two 3.5-inch. Enough to combine a system SSD, a gaming SSD and a mechanical storage drive.
Is this MSI MPG VELOX 100P AIRFLOW case new and under warranty?
