Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Device photographed : the projector, screen or computer visible in the image are there to illustrate use: they are not included.
  • Compatibility : lamps, filters, mounts and cases fit only the models listed in the specifications, never the one in the photo.
  • Dimensions : the format, diagonal and fabric type of a projection screen are those of the specifications, not those suggested by the image.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the range of this ORAY radio remote control?
Up to 15 metres. That is the distance to compare with the depth of your room: at the back of a lecture theatre, the remote control may no longer reach the receiver located near the screen.
How is the receiver of this ORAY remote control connected?
Via a free terminal block for dry contacts. This is the connection method used in automation: two voltage-free wires that close a contact — so the remote control integrates into an existing motorised installation without any proprietary electronics.
Which ORAY screens is this remote control compatible with?
With ORAY's Square HC, Square Pro and Orion. Check your screen's reference before ordering: the brand's radio receivers do not overlap from one range to another.
What is the difference from the other ORAY radio remote control?
This one, reference OPTCOMMANDRAD8, specifies its 15-metre range and its dry-contact terminal block receiver, as well as the screen ranges it is intended for. Reference OPTCOMMANDRAD7 is the other remote control in the catalogue.
Is this ORAY radio remote control new and under warranty?
New, reference OPTCOMMANDRAD8, in original ORAY packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
