Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Device photographed : the projector, screen or computer visible in the image are there to illustrate use: they are not included.
  • Compatibility : lamps, filters, mounts and cases fit only the models listed in the specifications, never the one in the photo.
  • Dimensions : the format, diagonal and fabric type of a projection screen are those of the specifications, not those suggested by the image.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the ORAY OPTCOMMANDRAD7 remote control let you do?
It lets you control the opening and closing of a motorised projection screen from your seat. No need to get up at the start and end of a presentation to operate the wall switch.
Do you need to run a cable to install this ORAY remote control?
No, the connection is wireless: no additional cabling to plan for in the room. That is what makes it possible to add to an existing installation, without building work or cutting a chase into a wall.
Does this remote control take long to install?
It is described as simple and quick — a few minutes. That is consistent with a wireless connection: most of the work consists of pairing the remote control with the screen's receiver.
Does this remote control work with my projection screen?
It is specified for all ORAY motorised projection screens. Nevertheless, check your screen's reference against its manual: ORAY radio receivers are not all interchangeable from one generation to the next.
Is this ORAY remote control new and under warranty?
New, reference OPTCOMMANDRAD7, in original ORAY packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
