1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Grandstream GDS3702 have a camera?
It is an audio intercom: it has a microphone and a speaker for two-way communication over SIP/VoIP. For an intercom with video, look at the GDS3712 in the same category.
Can the Grandstream GDS3702 control a lock?
Yes: two relays, one for an electric lock and the other for an alarm output, plus two alarm inputs for an exit button and a door sensor. Complete access control therefore fits in the door station.
What audio range does the Grandstream GDS3702 offer?
Up to 1.5 m for audio input and 3 m for output. These are two different distances: the visitor must be within one and a half metres to be heard, while they can hear the voice up to three metres from the door station.
Is the Grandstream GDS3702 rainproof?
Its metal housing is IP66 weatherproof and it is rated vandal-resistant. IP66 covers dust and powerful water jets — the level expected of an outdoor door station exposed to full sun as well as downpours.
Does the Grandstream GDS3702 need a separate power supply?
No: it is powered over the network cable, via PoE 802.3af Class 3. A single cable runs to the door station, which avoids running a 230 V line on the façade and simplifies installing access control.
What software manages the Grandstream GDS3702?
GDS Manager, Grandstream's free management software. The intercom also communicates with IP phones over SIP/VoIP, with G.711 and G.722 codecs and echo cancellation.
Is the Grandstream GDS3702 intercom new and under warranty?
New, part number GDS3702, in original Grandstream packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
