3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the HP 213A Yellow toner (W2132A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 5700dn and 6700dn, the 6701dn, and the 5800dn, 5800f, Flow 5800zf, 6800dn, Flow 6800zf, 6800zfw+, 6800zfsw and Flow 6801zfsw multifunction printers. The yellow cartridge currently fitted must carry the reference W2132A.
How many pages does the HP 213A Yellow print?
3,000 pages. For a department printing three hundred colour pages a month, that is nearly ten months of printing; at a thousand pages a month, count on three months.
What is HP TerraJet toner technology?
It is the new generation of HP toner and cartridge used in the 213 range: cartridge and packaging redesigned for a lower carbon footprint, more efficient use of the powder and security built into the cartridge.
By how much does the TerraJet range cut plastic and energy?
Two separate figures, not to be confused: 78% less plastic in the packaging of the cartridges, and 76% less energy in use — both measured against previous-generation cartridges.
Does this toner affect office air quality?
It is a stated criterion of the range: TerraJet cartridges meet ecolabel emission criteria and aim to preserve indoor air quality. That matters in a closed room where the machine runs all day.
How can you be sure the cartridge you receive has not been opened?
The range is designed for exactly that: secure cartridge chips, tamper-proof HP firmware, tamper-evident packaging and security labels that allow tracking, with an ISO-certified supply chain.
What does the TerraJet toner particle design bring?
A protective shell and a low-melt formula: the powder fuses at a lower temperature, which saves energy, delivers more accurate colours and gives more pages per cartridge size.
Does TerraJet toner reduce printer calibration time?
Yes: the range is stated to print consistent colours throughout the life of the cartridge with less calibration time than the previous generation. Minutes saved at every consumable change.
Can the W2132A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies yellow. Black, cyan and magenta are three separate references on these machines: check all four levels at once before ordering, as the machine will not restart without the missing colour.
Is this HP 213A Yellow toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner, with a tamper-proof chip and packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it in case a defect is found.
