3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which printers take the HP 213A Magenta (W2133A) toner?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 5700 and 6700 ranges (including the 5700dn, 6700dn and 6701dn) and the 5800 and 6800 / 6801 multifunction printers, Flow versions included. Note down the machine's full reference: within a given range, only these model numbers are covered.
How many pages does the HP 213A Magenta toner last?
Approximately 3,000 pages, the declared average yield according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. This is the standard for colour supplies: it measures a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield over a series of standard pages. The actual yield varies considerably with the printed content.
What is an HP TerraJet cartridge?
It is the toner generation that succeeds the HP 212 series. The cartridge and its packaging have been redesigned for a lower carbon footprint, with toner particles featuring a protective shell and low melting point: less energy is needed when fusing the toner onto the paper.
Does the HP 213A toner use less than the previous generation?
Yes, and HP quantifies the two gains separately: approximately 76% less energy for the cartridge, and 78% less plastic in the packaging, compared with the previous-generation HP 212 cartridges.
How can you check that the HP 213A toner you received is genuine?
The cartridge combines a secure chip, tamper-proof HP firmware and packaging with security labels. HP also has its supply chain certified to the ISO/IEC 20243 standard, which governs the fight against counterfeit components.
Do the colours stay consistent from the start to the end of the cartridge?
Yes, that is the purpose of the TerraJet design: HP announces consistent colours throughout the life of the cartridge, with less time spent on the printer's calibration cycles — all pages that are not wasted on calibration.
What is in the box of the HP 213A Magenta toner?
The HP toner cartridge, on its own. The box measures 374 × 148 × 188 mm and weighs 1.23 kg including packaging, the cartridge itself weighing approximately 0.9 kg.
Is the HP 213A Magenta toner a concern for office air quality?
No. HP states that these cartridges meet the emission criteria of eco-labels, which matters when the printer shares the room with workstations occupied all day long.
Can the magenta be replaced independently of the other colours?
Yes. On these Color LaserJet Enterprise printers, each colour in the 213 series is a separate cartridge: the magenta is removed and replaced without taking out the black, cyan or yellow.
What does the “A” in HP 213A stand for?
It is HP's marker for standard capacity, as opposed to the X suffix of the high-capacity versions. For the same yield per page, a standard cartridge is replaced more often than a high-capacity one: the choice comes down to your monthly print volume.
Is the HP 213A Magenta toner new and under warranty?
