1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this ViewSonic module work with any display?
No: it is compatible with certain models only, mainly ViewBoards. Check compatibility before buying — the manufacturer's datasheet itself stresses this point.
Which Wi-Fi standard does this module provide?
Wi-Fi 6, in 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax and dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz. ax is the Wi-Fi 6 generation: the gain is most noticeable when several devices are transmitting at the same time.
Does this module also provide Bluetooth?
Yes: it supports Bluetooth BLE, versions 2.2 to 5.2. Enough to pair a keyboard, a remote control or a microphone without an extra dongle.
Does this module use a lot of power?
Less than 4.5 W, at 5 V DC. It is powered by the display itself: no extra power outlet needed.
What is this module for on an interactive display?
It makes the display self-sufficient on the network: video conferences, live streams and wireless presentations then go through the module, with no Ethernet cable run to the room.
Is this ViewSonic VB-WIFI-001 module new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new ViewSonic product, reference VB-WIFI-001, a Wi-Fi 6 wireless module for ViewBoard. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
