1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What screen weight does the ViewSonic VB-STND-009 trolley support?
120 kg maximum on the screen mount, for panels from 55 to 105 inches. Do not confuse this with the storage shelf, which is limited to 15 kg: these are two separate loads, each with its own limit.
How much can you put on the storage shelf of the VB-STND-009?
15 kg maximum. Enough for a laptop, a video conferencing camera or a soundbar — not a desktop tower. The shelf is included; it is not sold separately.
What is the adjustable height of the ViewSonic VB-STND-009 trolley?
The trolley measures 1,155 mm wide and 704 mm deep, and its height adjusts between 1,570 and 1,762 mm. The height of the top of the screen then depends on the ViewBoard model installed on it.
Is the VB-STND-009 trolley easy to move once the screen is mounted?
It stands on silent 360° swivel castors with quick-release brakes. This is what sets a trolley apart from a fixed stand: moving from a meeting room to a classroom without removing the screen.
What VESA pattern does the ViewSonic VB-STND-009 trolley accept?
Up to 1,000 x 600 mm, which covers large interactive displays from 65 to 105 inches. The hole pattern is measured between the four threaded holes on the back of the panel, horizontally then vertically.
How much does the ViewSonic VB-STND-009 trolley itself weigh?
24.65 kg empty, with a package weight of 28.7 kg measuring 1,510 x 175 x 732 mm. Assembly is therefore a two-person job, and the structure — steel, polyurethane castors — explains this weight: it is what keeps 120 kg of screen stable while moving.
