Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • On-screen image : the content visible on the screen is a composite: it represents neither the real picture quality nor any content supplied with the product.
  • Stand and mount : the shape of the stand changes between versions; wall mounts, arms and ceiling fixings are not included unless stated.
  • Connectors and sound : the number of HDMI, DisplayPort and USB ports, and the presence of speakers, a tuner or a network port, are read in the specifications.
  • Panel : bezels, curved format, touch, matte or glossy finish and refresh rate cannot be judged from a photo.
  • Accessories : remote control, cables, 3D glasses and projection screen are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What screen weight does the ViewSonic VB-WMK-001-2C mount support?
150 kg maximum, for panels from 55 to 98 inches. This is a professional-grade capacity, built for meeting-room interactive displays and well beyond what a home TV of the same size requires.
How far from the wall is the screen with the VB-WMK-001-2C?
51.7 mm, i.e. a stated profile of 52 mm. It is a fixed mount: it holds the screen flat against the wall for a flush finish, with no articulated arm and no way of pulling the panel away from the wall.
What VESA hole pattern does the ViewSonic VB-WMK-001-2C mount accept?
Up to 900 x 600 mm. Measure the spacing between the four threaded holes on the back of the screen, horizontally then vertically: it is this measurement, not the screen size, that determines mechanical compatibility.
How does the VB-WMK-001-2C prevent the screen from being lifted off?
With a locking screw that secures the panel on its mounting rails once it is hung. On a 98-inch screen installed in a busy area, this detail prevents a knock or handling from lifting the screen off its wall plate.
What is in the box of the ViewSonic VB-WMK-001-2C mount?
A wall plate, two mounting rails, an installation guide, plus 24 screws, 10 washers and 10 plastic wall plugs. The hardware for fixing to the screen and to the wall is therefore supplied; only the tools are up to you.
How much does the ViewSonic VB-WMK-001-2C mount weigh?
6.18 kg, with a package weight of 7.14 kg; the assembly measures 960 x 650 mm once installed. It is made of powder-coated steel, the finish that protects the structure from corrosion and scratches in use.
Is the ViewSonic VB-WMK-001-2C mount new and under warranty?
New, part number VB-WMK-001-2C, in original ViewSonic packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The manufacturer's documentation is available in the datasheet.
