1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Corsair Hydro X kit an all-in-one liquid cooler?
No: it is a custom liquid cooling kit, assembled piece by piece — pump, radiator, waterblock and tubing — unlike an all-in-one, which comes sealed and ready to install.
Which sockets does the Hydro X XH305i RGB kit support?
Intel 115x and AMD AM4 sockets. This deserves careful checking: these are previous-generation sockets, to be compared with the one on your motherboard.
Which pump does this Corsair Hydro X kit use?
A Xylem D5 PWM. The D5 is the benchmark pump for custom loops, and its PWM control lets you vary its speed from the motherboard or the controller.
Is the lighting controller included in this kit?
Yes: the iCUE controller is included. It runs the RGB lighting and the loop from the Corsair software, with nothing extra to buy.
Why a copper radiator rather than an aluminium one?
Because copper conducts heat better. It is the usual choice for custom loops, where thermal performance comes before weight savings.
