1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What size of laptop does this Razer cooling pad accept?
Laptops from 14 to 18 inches. That is the first thing to check: a smaller chassis does not sit properly over the pressurised chamber.
Do you have to set the fan speed manually?
No: Smart Cooling technology adjusts the speed automatically according to system load. The fan only runs at full speed when the machine is actually heating up.
How does this Razer pad cool the laptop?
With a 140 mm fan housed in a sealed pressurised chamber, under an aluminium chassis. The air is channelled instead of dispersing under the machine, which lowers the temperature of the processor and graphics card.
Does this stand take up one of my laptop's USB ports?
It gives you three back: a 3-port USB hub is built into the pad. The port used to power it is therefore more than compensated for.
Is the lighting on this Razer pad customisable?
Yes: the RGB lighting is customised in Razer Synapse, as are the stand's controls. The software is only needed for these settings.
Is this Razer cooling pad new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Razer product, part number RC21-02300100-R3GW, with an aluminium chassis. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
