1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How long is this MSI liquid cooler expected to last?
About 25,000 hours for the pump and 40,000 hours for the fans. It is the pump that sets the lifespan of an all-in-one: that is the figure to compare from one model to another.
What is the tubing on this liquid cooler made of?
Nylon-sleeved EPDM. EPDM limits evaporation of the liquid over the years; the nylon sleeve protects the tube from abrasion during installation and throughout the life of the case.
Which sockets does this CORELIQUID A13 360 White support?
On the Intel side, LGA 1851 and 1700; on the AMD side, AM5 and AM4. Check your motherboard's socket before ordering.
How much space does the radiator on this liquid cooler take up?
The aluminium radiator is 394 mm long, for a 360 mm mount and three 120 mm fans. Measure the available length before ordering.
Can the lighting on this white liquid cooler be synchronised?
Yes: the ARGB Gen2 lighting covers both the pump block and the fans. The ARGB Gen2 connector is the standard on recent motherboards.
