1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What does the display on the MSI MPG CORELIQUID K240 V2 show?
A customisable 2.4-inch IPS LCD screen, mounted on the pump block. It shows system information or your own images, depending on the setting.
Do you have to set the pump speed manually?
No: G.I. mode automatically adjusts the fan and pump speeds to the processor load. The system stays quiet at idle and ramps up when needed.
Which pump does this MSI liquid cooler use?
A 7th-generation Asetek pump, with PWM control. Asetek is the benchmark manufacturer of all-in-one pumps; PWM control lets you vary its speed from the motherboard.
What radiator size do you need to allow for in the case?
A 240 mm mount, taking two 120 mm fans. This is the format that fits in an ordinary mid-tower case, whereas a 360 mm needs a large chassis.
Does this liquid cooler work with AMD as well as Intel?
Yes: it is specified as compatible with the main Intel and AMD platforms. Still, check your motherboard's exact socket before ordering.
