Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Lens : a body photographed with a lens is very often sold body only: only the title (“body only”, “18-55 kit”…) states what is delivered.
  • Accessories : memory card, spare battery, charger, bag, tripod, lens hood and caps are not included unless stated.
  • Sample images : the sample photographs shown say nothing about the results you will get.
  • Screen and viewfinder : an articulating screen, electronic viewfinder and connectors depend on the reference.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does a 2.0x teleconverter do on a Nikon Z lens?
It doubles the focal length of the lens it is mounted on: a 600 mm becomes a 1,200 mm. It is the most compact way to extend your reach without changing lenses.
Which lenses is this teleconverter compatible with?
With the NIKKOR Z 600 mm f/4 TC VR S and Z 600 mm f/6.3 VR S. These are the two lenses listed: a teleconverter cannot be mounted on just any lens.
How many lens elements does this Nikon teleconverter have?
Eight, with a fluorine coating on the exposed element. This coating repels water and dust, and makes cleaning easier without scratching the glass.
How much does this Nikon Z teleconverter weigh?
270 grams. That is the weight added between the body and an already heavy telephoto lens: negligible next to the kilos of a 600 mm, but it shifts the balance point.
Is this Nikon Z TC 2.0x teleconverter new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Nikon product, barcode 18208200993. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
