Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard layout : images are most often QWERTY or international; the layout actually delivered (AZERTY or QWERTY) is the one stated in the specifications — check it before ordering.
  • Backlighting : a keyboard photographed lit up is not necessarily backlit, and the lighting effect depends on the model.
  • Format and keys : format (full-size, TKL, compact), numeric keypad and media keys change from one reference to another.
  • Connection : wired, wireless with a USB receiver or Bluetooth: the photo cannot settle it.
  • Items alongside : a mouse, mat, wrist rest or keyboard shown next to the product are included only if the title states it is a bundle.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the battery life of the HP 220 mouse?
Up to 15 months in daily use, on a battery. It is not rechargeable: you replace the battery a little more than once a year, rather than plugging in a cable.
Where do you store the USB receiver when carrying the mouse?
In the mouse itself: the nano receiver slots inside the body. It is the detail that stops you losing the dongle at the bottom of a laptop bag.
Does the HP 220 mouse work on any surface?
On most: Blue LED technology and a 1,600 DPI optical sensor keep tracking where a red optical sensor loses track. On clear glass, a mouse pad is still preferable.
Is the HP 220 certified for Chromebook?
Yes, it carries the Works With Chromebook badge, which means it is optimised for ChromeOS. It is an assurance that it works straight away, with no driver to look for.
Is the HP 220 suitable for a left-handed user?
Yes. Its contoured shape is designed to be comfortable in either hand, and it is classified as ambidextrous: no adjustment is needed to switch from one hand to the other.
How many buttons does the HP 220 mouse have?
Three buttons and a built-in scroll wheel. Its textured non-slip sides also give better control than a smooth shell.
Is this HP 220 mouse new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, it is a new HP product, reference 7KX12AA, barcode 193905408634. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
