This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can I protect Macs and phones with the 10 devices, or only Windows PCs?
Not just PCs: Windows, macOS, Android and iOS are supported, for 10 devices for 1 year. Everything is managed from a single online account, and the protection can be shared with your family members, individual apps included, in a few clicks.
Which systems are supported, and from which version?
Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7 SP1+ · macOS 14 to 26 · Android 11 to 16 · iOS 26. These are the versions declared as supported: check yours before buying. The software is in French.
Do you need an activation key, and can it be installed on a device without Internet access?
No code to type in: activation is done by signing in to your account. But no, offline installation is not possible: an Internet connection and a My Kaspersky account are essential. Make sure you create this account before installing.
Is the licence lifetime, and what happens after one year?
No, it is valid for 1 year for 10 devices, not for life. At the end of that period, it must be renewed; renewal, like changing your settings, can be done from any location with an Internet connection.
Is the included VPN limited in data volume?
No, it is unlimited and fast. It encrypts your data on public Wi-Fi networks (hotel, café, airport), hides your IP address, even from your Internet service provider, keeps what you do online private and gives access to content from around the world.
Does the password manager also handle bank cards, and am I alerted if there is a leak?
Yes to both. The private vault protects your passwords and automatically fills in bank cards and addresses. Payments go through an encrypted secure browser, and the software identifies data and password leaks, protects your banking apps and protects you from crypto scams. Other tools prevent unauthorised online tracking.
What does Kaspersky Plus offer beyond a simple antivirus?
It combines security, performance and privacy in a single app. On top of the real-time multi-layered antivirus:

  • performance tools and hard drive monitoring

Will Kaspersky Plus slow down a computer that is already a bit old?
It is designed to stay lightweight. Its tools disable data-hungry applications and manage those that open at startup to free up resources; a “Do Not Disturb” mode limits notifications and database updates. It received the “Product of the Year” award from AV-Comparatives ahead of 14 competitors, on criteria including performance impact.
Can it free up disk space and monitor the health of the hard drive?
Yes, it is a feature in its own right: removal of duplicate and large files, a hard drive health check and monitoring of its performance to prevent data loss. App management flags available software updates and suggests uninstalling the ones you rarely use.
What does it do if my computer is already infected when I install it?
It does more than prevent: it detects vulnerabilities, removes viruses and repairs the PC if it is infected. Advanced protection also neutralises hard-to-detect threats: spyware, adware, keyloggers, targeted phishing and “fileless” attacks.
Does it protect against ransomware and intrusions on my home Wi-Fi?
Yes. Network monitoring and ransomware protection prevent hackers from accessing your home network and intercepting your data, together with a firewall and protection against phishing and cryptojacking.
