This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which sockets does the MSI MAG CORELIQUID A13 360 support?
On the Intel side, LGA 1700 and 1851; on the AMD side, AM5 and AM4. It is the first thing to check on your motherboard before ordering.
What are the dimensions of this liquid cooler's radiator?
394 × 119.6 × 27 mm, in aluminium. Compare these dimensions with your case's 360 mm mount, adding the 25 mm thickness of the fans.
Is this liquid cooler quiet?
The pump is rated at 20 dBA on average, at 3,800 rpm. The three 120 mm fans are PWM-controlled: their speed, and therefore their noise, follows the processor load.
What is the stated lifespan of this pump?
25,000 hours in normal use, compared with 40,000 hours at 40 °C for the fans. It is the pump that sets the longevity of an all-in-one: this figure is worth comparing from one model to another.
Do you need to buy thermal paste with this liquid cooler?
No: thermal paste and twelve screws are included. Nothing else is needed for installation.
What are the waterblock and tubes of this model made of?
The cold plate is copper, under a 70.9 × 69.3 × 56.98 mm waterblock. The tubes are EPDM, a rubber reinforced against evaporation of the coolant over the years.
What airflow do the fans on this CORELIQUID A13 deliver?
62.6 CFM per fan, on Rifle bearings. The PWM cable is 450 mm long: enough to reach the motherboard from the top of the case.
Can the lighting on this MSI liquid cooler be synchronised?
Yes: the fans and waterblock are ARGB GEN2, on a 3-pin 5 V ARGB connector — the standard on recent motherboards, which lets you synchronise the whole system.
