Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Design and revisions : one component is produced by several partner manufacturers: cooler, backplate, RGB lighting and printing change with the version delivered.
  • Quantity : an image showing two memory modules or several fans does not mean the set is sold that way — check the packaging in the specifications.
  • Cooling : a processor may be sold without a cooler, and not all the fans visible inside a case are supplied.
  • Accessories : cables, adapters, screws, brackets and software licences are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which sockets does the MSI MAG CORELIQUID A13 360 White support?
On the Intel side, LGA 1700 and 1851; on the AMD side, AM4 and AM5. It therefore covers the latest processor generations from both brands.
Is this liquid cooler quiet?
It is rated at 20 to 31.1 dB depending on speed. Its three 120 mm fans spin at 500 to 2,000 rpm: the bottom of the range is very quiet, and the top only kicks in at full load.
What airflow do the fans on this white model deliver?
62.6 CFM per fan, across three 120 mm fans. This is the airflow that passes through the 360 mm radiator and carries the processor's heat out of the case.
What are the radiator and base of this liquid cooler made of?
The radiator is aluminium and the base is copper. Copper in contact with the processor conducts heat better; aluminium for the radiator keeps the whole unit lighter without compromising heat dissipation.
Can the lighting on this white liquid cooler be synchronised?
Yes: the ARGB lighting is controlled from Mystic Light, MSI's lighting suite, which synchronises all the compatible components in the system.
What radiator size do you need to allow for in the case?
A 360 mm mount, in a white finish like the fans. Check that your case offers this mount, including the thickness of the fans.
Is this MSI MAG CORELIQUID A13 360 White liquid cooler new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new MSI product, the white version of the 360 mm all-in-one with three ARGB fans. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
